At BPS, we understand that navigating life's challenges can be overwhelming at times. Our counseling service is here to provide you with a supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns, and work towards positive changes to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues stemming from aging and disability.
We provide Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness training, existential therapy, generalist, Poly-Vagal, Existential, Gestalt and talk therapy, depending on your needs.
During a general counselling session your therapist may use each of these techniques at different times depending on your circumstances.
Each of our counselling techniques offer a unique perspective and set of tools for addressing various psychological and emotional challenges. The choice of technique may depend on the specific needs and preferences of the individual seeking counselling. Talk to your counsellor who will explore your needs with you to help you determine the right approach for you, or choose a generalist approach to combine techniques.
